Purchaser understands that deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. A deposit is required for seller to hold a puppy. The deposit is a promise to buy the puppy. If for some reason the Buyer changes his or her mind on the puppy named above, they forfeit their deposit. The Buyer has read and fully understands the terms of this contract and agrees to comply with them. Buyer, by making the deposit agrees in full to this agreement. This agreement is void until it has been signed by the Seller, Jackie Widmer.
The puppy deposit is non-refundable, except under the following conditions:
JW Chihuahuas reserves the right to refuse to sell puppies to individuals if it is deemed the prospective owner(s) or the home is not appropriate.
JW Chihuahuas does not have a puppy for the prospective owner(s) because of death, injury or illness of puppy.
If unable to provide a puppy, JW Chihuahuas will apply the deposit to the next available litter, or refund the entire deposit, as per the prospective puppy owner(s) wishes.
This deposit is made for a puppy from the litter described below:
Balance of $____________________ is due in full by cash, U.S. Postal money orders sent by Priority mail, and payments paid by Paypal add 3%. no later than 1 week prior to shipping or on the day of pickup.
